Tasty Ombre

Recently, I've done a bit of cake decorating with a friend, for birthday parties, and now we think we should go into business together. After two cakes, I think we're practiced enough, don't you? How hard could it really be? I'm truly kidding cause after two cakes, I feel like all I've learned is how difficult cake decorating is! There are a couple of techniques I would really like to try, though: ombre colors and ruffles. Both techniques are trending right now and these are some of the gorgeous examples I've stumbled upon online...







This last one is ombre on the INSIDE! And it's ombre flavored...chocolate, caramel and vanilla. :) Has anyone tried their hand at either of these trends?
